Hi Everyone, I've wondered about this for a while but finally decided to ask: When adding an image layer (a signature, in my case) to multiple images (.png 1,2,3,4 for example) that are the same size is there a way to paste the signature copied from .png 1 in exactly the same place on all of the 2,3,4 images instead of moving it into place with Shift+ arrow key or with the cursor on each image? In other words, is there a key combination or menu option to have the signature simply land in the same location as it is in the #1 image?
I use PSP 2023 and 2018.

Hello Lina, it is called Paste In Place and as far as I know (contrary to most other major photo editors) PSP does not have such a command. However, there are a few workarounds you can try as shown in the following 2 video tutorials (one is from Levi, the other from HEC). HEC's is harder to follow (it's not voiced and covers several use-case scenarios) but they do present a way to record a reusable script near the end of their video. I'd say try Levi's first, it could be all you need. If not, try HEC's too.
1. (Levi)
2. (HEC)

You can embed your signature in an image of the same size as your target images and paste this image. To make sure it sticks in the same place, draw a pixel in two opposite corners.

Yes, what jeanluc said is very similar to what Levi's video shows.
HEC's video is a little more involved, trying to cover more use-case scenarios including vectors and masks. In a nutshell, in the source image containing your signature, create a new layer and fill it with a solid color (any color). Then group that layer with your signature (or as many other items you want to Paste In Place to the destination images). After that just copy & paste that group to the destination image(s) and delete the filled layer from within the group (optionally, you can also ungroup them).

Just a quick reply to thank everyone again. I ended up using jeanluc's suggestion to place a dot in the corners. What an incredible time saver that has been!
