Hey everybody,
I just noticed that I can't use the right mouse button to move around the marching ants of a selection in 2023, as it was the case in all previous versions. It moves the layer instead. Is this a bug in 2023 or an intentional change?
Anyone else having this behavior? Makes the feature pretty much useless.

Yes, definitely a bug and it was reported some time ago to Alludo/Corel.

Yes, it no longer works since the last update. One way around this is to Edit Selection (either with the icon on top of the Layers palette, or through the menu Selection > Edit selection). That will turn the selection to red, and you will be able to move it with the Move tool wherever you want. Furthermore, when that selection is "red", you can also tweak it with various tools and effects. Then, when you are done, Edit the selection again to toggle it off.
