Yay, building a new pc is now completed.
Booo, a drive has stopped working, creative content missing.
Now need to login to corel and download the software. The files I saved are also gone. Had this problem before where I was not being sent a password reset email and today the same thing has happened again.
Support chat here we come..... long story outcome : ticket submitted, wait 2 days.
I guess i am just here to sigh.

thankfully, the request has been sorted. now to wait for a link to download the software again.
Not sure why I can download the 2023 demo and add a key if I have one
but previous versions are hidden, that I have a key to.

Unfortunately we cannot help with accessing your Corel account. As you are having issues in signing in and password reset can you try using a different browser, just a thought. |

Just realized I've spent more time editing photos in PSP than I did taking them. Priorities!

Here is PSP2022 Ultimate in a zip folder. I have to put it in 5 parts as the max size of forum attachments is limited to 1mb and 3 attachments per post So I will attach 3 in this post and 2 in the post afterwards. You will need a zip utility like 7-zip to extract it. (Download all parts before extracting.) PSP2022_Ult.zip.001 (1 MB) PSP2022_Ult.zip.002 (1 MB) PSP2022_Ult.zip.003 (1 MB) Parts 4 and 5 in next message. |

Thanks guys, it is finally installed. Can't install painter essentials because I have installed it on too many computers, apparently. No rush on that, I will wait to see what they say.

Thanks guys <3 Hi stanA bit of a long shot but you may be able to fix this by accessing your Corel account, unless support have already addressed the issue. www.corel.com/en/support/Then sign-in....... To the right you should see an option for Product Status and Subscriptions, this may contain details of the Painter Essentials installs on different devices and allow you to Manage those devices and indeed those entries Worth a look.... |
