On March 5th, Alludo released a new version of CorelDraw (2024). I noticed that there is a subscription option. Is this new or did they always have a subscription for CorelDraw? CorelDraw 2024 Announcement
I also googled Videostudio, Paintshop Pro and Pinnacle Studio. Have they revamped their websites or am I just dreaming... |

I certainly use it, but my most recent purchase was a couple of years ago and for the 2021 suite. I only ever update it every five or six years, and the 2021 version more than meets my needs. I keep abreast of it, though, and don't recall ever seeing a subscription option before...
And yes the websites for VS and PSP have been redone, though it is only cosmetic, and nothing new announced -- certainly nothing about subscriptions there... yet!

CorelDRAW has offered a subscription program alongside the one time purchase for quite some time. I remember discussing it back in the Corel Your Way Forum and that forum has been closed for years. I remember everyone being up in arms when they heard about the CorelDRAW subscription because of concern PSP was headed in that direction.
I tried to find when they first offered a subscription but could only find this.
It's first mentioned in 2014 with CorelDRAW X7.
