I do not see an option to save a .png or .pspimage file as an .svg. I was assigned a project needing .svg. I tried an online image converter with the .png, but what I ended up with looks really awful, so apparently my PSP 2023 cannot read them either. Is there a way to do this?

Also no option in PSP2021 to save as .svg PSP has always been a raster-centric image editor. For .svg files perhaps try inkscape.org which is free.
PS. I didn't see any 3rd party plugins to add .SVG saving feature to PSP, but maybe other PSP users know if there's such a thing?

Thanks. That is a shame. I may have to pass that project on to someone else. So we can work with vectors in PSP, but not save as vectors?

I vaguely recall Jasc PSP7 sometimes worked with .WMF maybe .AI but I believe it was buggy back then. Hopefully someone else with more recent experience can advise. And on things in new PSP like preset shapes and other options?
